Holding out for a LEGO Halo or LEGO Grand Theft Auto? Well, it looks like you're all out of luck.
Xbox Live's Operations Manager Eric Neustadter has said that, though "it would be cool", you'll never see a LEGO game based on a Mature-rated intellectual property due to LEGO's "company policy" of working solely with "kid-friendly stuff".
"Every time we talk LEGO there's always a million requests on the blog or on Twitter going, well, where's LEGO Halo?" said Neustadter, speaking on this week's Major Nelson podcast. And it's the same answer as where's LEGO Matrix.

Having abandoned his work on Doom 3's score due to "time, money and bad management," it was unlikely that Trent Reznor would return to work on Doom 4. Last night, Trent confirmed that suspicion on his How To Destroy Angels tumblr question and answer page:

Whats going on with id software and you? Are you working on Doom 4 or was it just a false rumor?

I haven’t been contacted by them and find it unlikely that I would have time at this point.

The Tomb Raider games are not FPS games.

Richard Branson will use next month’s E3 in Los Angeles to unveil Virgin’s return to the video games business. MCV believes that a launch event is being planned, with Branson himself in attendance.
